주)커리어넷 국민취업지원제도 취업지원서비스는 고용노동부 주관 취업지원서비스로 결혼이주여성 및 외국인 자녀들도 전국에 있는 상담센터를 통해 구직촉진수당을 비롯하여 취업지원서비스를 제공합니다. 

 

○ 신청대상 : 결혼이민자 및 결혼이민자의 외국인(중도입국)자녀

 - [다문화가족지원법] 제2조제2호에 따른 결혼이민자와 그 가족인 15세 이상 24세 이하의 외국인(중도입국)자녀

 - 결혼이민자 : 대한민국 국민과 혼인한 적이 있거나 혼인관게에 있는 재한 외국인(출입국관리법상 체류자격 F-2, F-5, F-6) 또는 국적법 제4조에 따라 귀화허가를 받은 자(외국인 중 한국인과의 '혼인'으로 국적을 취득한 자)

 * 국적법 제 4조에 따라 귀화허가(한국국적 취득)를 받은 사람으로서 배우자가 대한민국 국민인 경우에도 결혼이민자(특정계층)에 해당됨

 - 결혼이민자의 외국인 자녀 : 부 또는 모가 결혼이민자로서 본국에서 성장하다가 대한민국으로 입국하게 된 결혼이민자의 외국인(중도입국)자녀로서, 국민취업지원제도 신청일을 기준으로 출입국관리법상 체류자격 F-2, F-5를 부여받은 자

 

○ 구직촉진수당 : 요건에 따라 최대 300만원(월 50만원씩 6개월)까지 지원

○ 언어능력 : 한국어능력시험 1급 수준 이상의 한국어 능력을 갖추어야 함

 - 다만 한국어능력시험 1급 이상이나, 상담자가 판단하기에 실제 의사소통에 어려움이 있는 등 참여자격 판단에 어려움이 있는 경우는 센터별 운영위원회의 심의결과에 따라 최종 판단

CareerNet National Employment Support System Employment Support Service is a job support service organized by the Ministry of Employment and Labor. Marriage migrant women and foreign children also provide job support services, including job promotion allowances, through counseling centers across the country.

○ Subject to application: marriage immigrants and foreigners (middle-income) children of marriage immigrants

- Marriage immigrants under subparagraph 2 of Article 2 of the Multicultural Family Support Act and their families, foreigners aged 15 to 24 (middle-income) children

- Marriage immigrants: A foreigner who has married a Korean citizen or is in a marriage official (status of residence F-2, F-5, F-6) under the Immigration Control Act or who has obtained naturalization permission under Article 4 of the Nationality Act (a foreigner who has acquired nationality by "marriage" with a Korean)

* Even if the spouse is a Korean citizen as a person who has obtained permission for naturalization (acquisition of Korean nationality) pursuant to Article 4 of the Nationality Act, he/she is a marriage immigrant (specific class)

- Foreign children of marriage immigrants: A foreign (middle-income) child of a marriage immigrant whose father or mother grew up in their home country and entered Korea, who was granted F-2 and F-5 status under the Immigration Control Act as of the date of application for the National Employment Support System


○ Job search promotion allowance: Up to KRW 3 million (KRW 500,000 per month for 6 months) depending on the requirements

○ Language proficiency: Must have Korean proficiency level 1 or higher on the Korean proficiency test

- However, if there is a difficulty in determining the qualification for participation, such as difficulty in actual communication, such as level 1 or higher of the Korean Language Proficiency Test, the final decision is made according to the results of the deliberation by the steering committee of each center
